Urban Rec has Partnered with Powerhouse Canberra. Powerhouse Canberra is your one stop destination for all injury, rehab, gym and recovery needs. Powerhouse Canberra gives Urban Rec members access to free Injury assessment clinics and a chance to try their world class Gym and Recovery facilities. 

Injury Clinic

Unfortunately Injuries can be a part of sport, Powerhouse want to get you to 100% and back on the court/field as quickly as possible. 

Powerhouse Canberra will be running a free injury clinic on Monday nights from 6:30pm for Urban rec players From February 3 2025. Our team of physio's will assess your injury and give advice based on what they find.  We can also organise referrals for an scans that may be required.  Book your place via the following link.

GYM & RECOVERY

Powerhouse Canberra offers group fitness, personal training and physio led gym programs after the gym you can head to our world class recovery facitities which includes Infrared saunas, Ice Baths and Compression Boots. 

Powerhouse Canberra is giving all Urban Rec members two free sessions you can book here. 

Powerhouse Physio is located at the National Hockey Centre 196 Mouat St Lyneham.
