Inclusion Policy
Urban Rec seeks to provide a safe, inclusive and happy environment for our members, staff and participants. Urban Rec has zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination or sexual harassment and urges all incidents to be reported via the below reporting channels.
GENDER DIVERSE INCLUSION
Urban Rec is currently undertaking a change to our and sports rules and registration process to include gender diverse, transgender and non-binary participants an option for our members. This is expected to be rolled out in 2 phases. (First an update of all our sporting rules and secondly an update to our website's registration process). This is an important part of our vision to make sport accessible to all people, regardless of their sex or gender identity.
