Waitlist Policy

HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS

All of our current teams have the first opportunity to priority register for their league. During this time, all leagues maintain waitlists for new teams. Once priority registration ends:

  1. Open spots will first be offered to teams on the waitlist.
  2. Any remaining spots will then become publicly available.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

To join a waitlist, teams have the option to either:

  • Pay the full league registration fee upfront, OR
  • Pay a deposit of $150 (recommended).

If a spot does not become available for the team:

  • The waitlist payment (full or deposit) will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of the priority registration end date.

If a spot becomes available for the team:

  • The team captain will be notified on the day priority registration ends (this date is listed in the league description).
  • The team will be moved into the league, and the payment will be treated as a deposit or full payment towards the registration fee.
  • The payment will then be subject to our standard Refund Policy.
